Andrea Humbel
Transformation & Business Leadership
I am motivated by complexity, change, and the opportunity to create clarity where others see challenges. Throughout my career, I have worked at the intersection of business, technology, and people, helping organisations navigate transformation while keeping a strong focus on practical outcomes.
My expertise lies in business transformation, strategic portfolio management, enterprise applications, and data-driven organisational change. Over the years, I have led departments and international teams, taking responsibility for large-scale transformation programmes, business model redesigns, and enterprise-wide digital initiatives. I enjoy quickly immersing myself in new topics, identifying what truly matters, and building structured, pragmatic solutions that move organisations forward.
My hands-on experience spans SAP R3 and S4 HANA, SAP BTP, SAP Sales and Service Cloud, SAP Analytics Cloud, SuccessFactors, and Microsoft 365. I have led initiatives across organisational redesign, mergers and acquisitions, post-merger integration, shared services, logistics transformation, and growth programmes. I have also played a leading role in complex corporate separations, establishing independent technology landscapes and ensuring business continuity through periods of significant change.
What energises me most is bringing strategy and execution together, aligning stakeholders around a common vision, and helping teams turn ambitious objectives into measurable results.
Francesca Riesch
Transformation Delivery & Innovation
I am passionate about bringing people, ideas, and execution together. With a background in engineering, innovation, and transformation, I enjoy helping organisations solve complex challenges in a structured and collaborative way.
My experience spans process engineering, operational excellence, innovation management, project leadership, PMO delivery, and human-centred transformation. I am naturally curious and enjoy exploring new perspectives, understanding different stakeholder needs, and finding solutions that balance business objectives with practical implementation.
I have worked across SAP environments, Microsoft Power Platform, Monday.com, and other modern collaboration and project management platforms. In recent roles, I led a programme integrating an acquired company into SAP processes, built digital PMOs to improve transparency and traceability, and helped shape and deliver a Microsoft 365 enablement programme for a major Swiss retailer.
I am particularly motivated by working with diverse teams, facilitating collaboration across functions, and creating an environment where good ideas can become sustainable business outcomes. Combining analytical thinking with creativity helps me bridge strategy and execution while keeping people engaged throughout the journey.
